Giant Saccular Aneurysm of the RCA Demonstrated by Angiography

Coronary artery aneurysms over 10 mm are extremely rare. The cause of CAA in this patient with diffuse coronary artery disease was evaluated as atherosclerosis. The following angiogram demonstrates a large, saccular-type coronary aneurysm (15 x 15 mm) in the mid segment of the right coronary artery, as well as a 90% stenosis before this aneurysmatic segment.
