Use of Export Thrombus Aspiration Catheter as a Dual Lumen Catheter for Antegrade LAD CTO Wiring With Side Branch

Video 1. Right anterior oblique caudal view shows proximal left anterior descending chronic total occlusion with diagonal (D1) filling via ipsilateral injection.
Video 2. Simultaneous (dual) injection shows proximal left anterior descending calcific chronic total occlusion with grade III collateral from right coronary artery.
Video 3. Following the use of Export Advance aspiration catheter (Medtronic) as a dual lumen catheter, left anterior descending wiring via antegrade approach was successful.
Video 4. Postero-anterior cranial view shows excellent angiographic end-result following stent deployment.
