Homeopathic Tablets Recalled

A labeling error has prompted Grato Holdings Inc. to issue a voluntary recall of 850 bottles of HGH Vitality Homeopathic. According to the September 9, 2020, US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Enforcement Report, the declared strength on the label is incorrect.

The recall affects 90-count bottles of HGH Vitality Homeopathic (NDC 43742-1299-1) from lot P2613. The bottles were distributed by Deseret Biologicals Inc. to an account in Utah.

Grato Holdings initiated the recall July 16, 2020. On August 29, 2020, the FDA designated the recall Class II. Under Class II recalls, use of the product could cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences, or a remote possibility of serious harm.

HGH Vitality Homeopathic is an over-the-counter product for aging-related symptoms such as joint pain, fatigue, and foggy memory.
