Can you identify the condition in the photo on the left?

The condition usually arises before the age of 30 and demonstrates a 2:1 female to male predominance. The characteristic presentation is that of an annular flesh-colored to erythematous plaque with a slightly raised popular border. One to four lesions are the norm with this condition, which most commonly involves the hands and feet. A localized presentation may respond to potent topical steroids or intralesional injection with triamcinolone.
