Can you identify the lesion in the photo on the left?

This lesion is a benign fibrohistiocytic tumor that occurs most commonly on the lower extremities of females. They range in size between 0.3 cm to over 1.0 cm and are usually dome-shaped in appearance although some manifest depression beneath the skin surface. Often, lateral palpation will result in increased depression or invagination of the lesion. This is referred to as the “dimple” sign.
