Can you identify the condition in the photo at the left?

This condition is often associated with tuberous sclerosis and involves the presence of multiple fibromas around the nail unit. These fibromas are elongated, benign pink projections that present above or below the nail plate. They start in puberty and grow in length and number.

What is your diagnosis?

a. Subungual fibroma

b. Acquired digital fibroma

c. Koenen’s tumor

d. Infantile digital fibroma
