FourFlex™ is indicated for management of chronic venous insufficiency and associated edema.
FourFlex™ is contraindicated for patients with severe arterial disease.
Compression therapy should be used under the supervision of a health care professional. Conduct an ankle-brachial index (ABI) reading to ensure adequate arterial perfusion before applying compression therapy. FourFlex™ should not be applied to patients with an ABI of less than 0.8. If experiencing pain that does not go away, loss of sensation or numbness, or coolness or color change of the toes, contact your health care provider.
Layers 1, 2, and 4 are applied in a spiral fashion with 50% overlap. Layer 3 is applied in a figure 8 pattern with 50% overlap. Layers 3 and 4 are applied at moderate (50%) stretch.
