The American Academy of Dermatology hosted the Virtual Meeting Experience 2020, bringing the specialty's largest annual conference online to learn what’s new in aesthetics and hair loss through the therapeutic hotline, hear how Janus kinase inhibitors may be a key to treatment in sarcoidosis and granuloma annulare, and watch in-depth coverage of hidradenitis suppurativa from a number of experts. In addition, attendees had an opportunity to browse more than 900 ePosters of research in categories such as acne, basic science, immunodermatology and blistering disorders, and epidemiology and health services administration.
Many other conferences and meetings are moving to a virtual format for the rest of the year. As meetings are rescheduled, planned, or pushed online, The Dermatologist will share that information across its social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
