  The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has designated Oct. 1, 2015, as the official implementation date for ICD-10-CM. This survey pertains to your ICD-10-CM readiness. Please answer the questions as truthfully as possible. We will compile the answers and report them in the May issue of Today’s Wound Clinic, which will focus on ICD-10. You can then compare your level of preparedness with those of your wound care peers.
