Wiring through the central lumen of a protruding and under-expanded aorto-ostial stent can be challenging. In case of wiring failure, intervention through the side strut may lead to deformity of the scaffolds and increase the risk of ostial restenosis. This case describes a user-friendly, highly reproducible, novel technique to effectively wire the central lumen of a protruding aorto-ostial stent with the help of a dual-lumen catheter.
