Iatrogenic Arteriovenous Fistula Between the Radial Artery and Cephalic Vein VIdeo

A 4F Cobra catheter is inserted in the right femoral artery and advanced up to the right subclavian artery. Then, the contrast agent is injected through the brachial artery into the radial artery and through the iatrogenic arteriovenous communication, the contrast agent is returned from the right cephalic vein to the right basilic vein. Delayed image of the normal venous network of the right upper limb is also observed.
