Multimodality Lesion Evaluation of Inflow Disease With Ischemic Rest Pain

In this complex case, endovascular intervention was performed on a patient with CFA and SFA disease presenting with ischemic rest pain. IVUS was used to identify and quantify the lesions in order to treat and alleviate the patient’s rest pain. In this case, we demonstrate the importance of multimodality lesion evaluation.
