Closed incision NPWT (ciNPWT) in Breast Reconstruction after Radiotherapy

A retrospective study of 218 breast reconstruction patients found that the ciNPWT group had no infections compared to a 10.4% infection rate in the non-intervention group after an average 2.2-year follow-up. The ciNPWT also showed lower overall complications. Aesthet Surg J Open Forum
