An interim analysis of a 50-patient RCT demonstrated a 44% reduction in time for achieving DFU healing when using a novel polylactic acid (PLA) matrix vs a collagen dressing. A significant increase in blood flow and granulation tissue was also observed. SAWC Spring 2024 Poster CR-051
