DATIS announces new software enhancements
Datis, provider of position control human resource (HR) and payroll software-as-a-service (SaaS) in the cloud for private companies, behavioral health and human services agencies, has announced new software enhancements, a newly redesigned website and a customer advisory board. The new software enhancements include workforce analytics, an expanded array of carrier feeds for benefits administration, enhanced user interface for position control HR, enhanced credential and recruiting management functionality.
Workforce Analytics is a toolkit comprised of executive, administrator and manager dashboards as well as abundant and robust standard reporting and an easy to use custom report builder. By including additional integrated carrier feeds, employee eligibility status changes are automatically transmitted to benefit carriers with the goal of eliminating human intervention, redundant data entry and potential errors. The automated carrier feeds are also said to greatly simplify the arduous reconciliation of billing statements from benefit providers.
Position Control HR, the foundation of DATIS e3 Human Capital Management software, allows non-profit behavioral health and human services organizations to budget at the position level independent of employees. The interactive and actionable organization chart has been extended and managers now have more control. With DATIS e3, the credential management and tracking function helps agencies hire and maintain properly credentialed employees to stay compliant with strict payor, legal and funder requirements. By adding employee statements, there now exists a medium to regularly notify employees and managers of expired or expiring credentials.
DATIS has also transformed its applicant tracking functionality to a recruiting management tool. By adding the approval to hire workflow to already existing recruiting functionality, the company says the DATIS e3 solution simplifies the recruiting process and shortens the recruiting cycle for customers by helping them attract and hire the talent needed faster and more efficiently.
In addition to the software enhancements, the company has announced the formation of a formal customer advisory board today. By transforming the informal feedback gathering process to a formal board, customers will be given more input to prioritization of enhancements. Also, DATIS launched a redesigned website to ring in the new year. A press release states that it is more informative and includes news, events, the DATIS blog and social media.
