Minnesota`s House of Charity selects Celerity LLC`s CAM
Celerity LLC, a software provider for chemical dependency and mental health treatment providers, announces service to its newest and thirteenth partner in Minnesota, House of Charity. Celerity's CAM electronic health record, currently used by over 90 facilities in 29 states with over 2,000 users daily, is a low-cost highly effective solution to reduce the amount of time a clinician spends on paperwork and creates greater operational efficiencies facility wide.
House of Charity’s Day by Day outpatient program for men and women offers a total quality of life approach to co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency treatment. Program components include: group therapy, individual and family counseling, psychotherapy, chemical health assessment, mental health evaluation and integrated dual-diagnosis case management. The curriculum is based on the Hazelden Experiential Learning Program.
Additional supports available at House of Charity include transitional and permanent supportive housing for those experiencing long-term homelessness and daily meals for transitional housing residents and the public.
