River Valley Counseling Center selects The Echo Group for their EHR and billing software

River Valley Counseling Center (RVCC) in Holyoke, MA has selected The Echo Group for their Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Billing software.

"Our agency’s decision to choose an electronic health record was not easy. We were determined to make sure the one we selected would have the capacity to meet our agency’s needs, not only now, but as we grow into the future. For our agency it was imperative that the system we chose had the ability to process mental health and medical billing. Few software vendors could guarantee this feature; Echo does,” commented Nancy Gentile, Director of Operations for RVCC, in a recent news release.

“Echo’s software seems to be the next generation. It’s quite intuitive. The ease of use far exceeds other software we considered,” said Deb Lapierre, Billing Manager for RVCC.

Also in the news release, Joe Viger, VP of Business Development for The Echo Group said, “Like other customers in Massachusetts, River Valley Counseling will utilize Echo’s eCloud solution. This provides RVCC a complete EHR and all the flexibility Echo software is known for simply by logging into a website without the burden of maintaining application servers.”
