Constellations Behavioral Services Announces Sale

Constellations was founded in 2009 by Kim and Tim Heald. The company works with schools and parents to develop ABA programs to help children with autism and other developmental delays.

“As we grew, we needed to ensure our own passion and direction for the company would sustain beyond just our influence and guidance,” Kim Heald, who also serves as director of leadership and talent development, said in a news release. “We have spent years developing our culture and leadership, which includes everyone. They believe in us, and we have believed in them to get here. Now we get to show them how much we believe in them by sharing the company with them.”
