Business Briefs: New Programs Open in Texas, Illinois; ARS Receives $75 Million Credit Facility

Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, a 46-bed addiction treatment facility for adult men and women in Lockhart, Texas, announced this week that it is now accepting patients. Plum Creek treats alcohol and substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring non-severe mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety and PTSD.

Located 20 miles outside of Austin, Texas, Plum Creek’s treatment programs incorporate: gender-specific care, SMART Recovery, 12-step facilitation, medication-assisted treatment, and multiple psychotherapeutic methods.

Plum Creek Recovery Ranch is part of the portfolio of Signature Healthcare, which is based in Corona, California.

SunCloud expands in Chicago

SunCloud Health has opened another facility in the Chicagoland area—a 21-bed residential treatment center in Northbrook, Illinois. The new facility specializes in treating patients with co-occurring disorders, process addictions, mood disorders and related trauma.

The new SunCloud facility joins the company’s existing locations in Chicago, Naperville and another site in Northbrook.

In addition to residential care, SunCloud offers outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and day treatment, and virtual care options.

Advanced Recovery Systems receives $75 million credit facility

White Oak Healthcare Finance has provided a $75 million senior credit facility to back Advanced Recovery Systems, a provider of inpatient and outpatient treatment services for patients with substance use and behavioral health disorders. White Oak, an affiliate of White Oak Global Advisors, is a lender to all subsectors of the healthcare industry.
