Delic Acquires Ketamine Infusion Centers

Tom Valentino, Senior Editor

Psychedelic wellness platform Delic Holdings has acquired Ketamine Infusion Centers, which operates ketamine infusion treatment clinics in Phoenix and Bakersfield, California. The purchase price in the deal was $3.05 million, according to a news release.

The newly formed group gives Delic a physical retail footprint with 4 locations across two states to complement its existing ecosystem of media properties. Six medical professionals and employees from KIC are joining Delic in the deal.

“We publicly listed Delic with the intent of buying cash-flowing, scalable companies and that is exactly what KIC represents,” Delic founder and CEO Matt Stang said in a news release. “We are focused on making psychedelic wellness truly accessible, and this is a huge development in the realization of that vision.

KIC cofounder Sonny Diaz said in a statement that Delic’s media platform-based patient acquisition strategy “is a game changer for scaling our clinics and expanding patient access.”
