Healthcare Real Estate Advisory Firm Launches Behavioral Health Group
Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has announced plans to expand with the launch of an advisory group dedicated to behavioral healthcare. The new group will join the company’s existing offerings for seniors housing and care, medical office, and capital markets.
Blueprint has named industry veteran Andrew Sfreddo as its head of behavioral healthcare, and Shane Harmon, who specializes in behavioral health real estate, as senior director. Combined, Sfreddo and Harmon bring 40 years of experience in healthcare real estate and private equity, with more than 10 years dedicated to behavioral health.
“We are at a pivotal moment where we’re seeing a culmination of factors rapidly increase the need for behavioral healthcare facilities and operations throughout the US,” Sfreddo said in a Blueprint Healthcare news release published on Monday. “Our expansion will support government efforts and provide patients and providers access to high-quality behavioral healthcare centers across the country.”
Founded in 2013, has advised on more than 530 transactions in the seniors housing and healthcare space with a total value of more than $8.7 billion.
